Lost, Stolen, or Delivered Packages

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the recipient.

We are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, misplaced, or damaged after being marked as delivered.

Customers should contact the carrier directly and, if necessary, local authorities regarding missing delivered packages.
