We offer a 90-day return policy, which means you have 90 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.
To initiate a return, please contact us at snapixxhome@gmail.com before sending any item back. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Conditions for an Accepted Return
To be eligible for a return, the item must:

Be in good condition, without significant damage, breakage, or modifications.

Be returned in its original packaging, or equivalent packaging that adequately protects the item during transit.

Return Shipping Costs
For returns requested due to customer preference, customer error, or any reason unrelated to a product defect or shipping mistake, the customer is solely responsible for all return-related expenses, including but not limited to:

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
We do not provide prepaid return labels for voluntary returns unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different color, size, model, or variation, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs and any additional shipping costs associated with sending the replacement item.
Customer Errors
Returns resulting from customer preference or customer error remain the responsibility of the customer, including but not limited to:

Purchasing the item by mistake

No longer wanting the item

Providing an incorrect or incomplete shipping address
In such cases, all return and reshipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Damaged Through Customer Use

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us within 7 days of delivery if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item.
We will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, refund, store credit, or another remedy as required by applicable law.

Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.
Shipping fees, return shipping costs, customs duties, taxes, and other related expenses are non-refundable.
